The steering angle sensor (SAS) is a critical part of the ESC system that measures the steering wheel position angle and rate of turn. A scan tool can be used to obtain this data in degrees. The SAS is located in a sensor cluster in the steering column. Opel Tech 2 and Op-com, which is better for SAS reset:

The board is tested on my Opel Zafira C with engine code B20DTH (2.0/170HP), but I tested same PIDs work also with B16DTH (Zafira C tourer 1.6/136HP) using Torque app. As far as I know It should work with same engines in Opel Insignia. PIDs were taken from this forum
The Zafira’s computer uses the oxygen sensor to measure the amount of O2 gases in the exhaust. It uses this data to tune the engine on the fly. When there is no signal from this oxygen sensor, the engine will not be able to run at optimal efficiency, and you’ll get that annoying check engine light. P0134 affects Bank 1 Sensor 1.

It cost me £120 for diagnostics. The problem was pointing to Particulate Matter Sensor. £400 to replace. The mileage on my car is 67,000.
